Awareness rising Workshops have started in all the Country member of STORY_S project.
In Italy they take place in Milan and in Rome.
The first step has done, and we met Roma and non Roma boys ad girls in Rome on the 2nd of December 2018.

Clara talks about the importance in using active and participatory methodologies to foster the exercise of thought and reflection with young people.
Sitting in circle, watching in each other eyes and feeling comfortable and free to share one’s own ideas and experiences are key aspects of the Awareness Rising Workshop’s structure.
During this first day in Rome, boys and girls have discussed about categories, stereotypes, discrimination and inclusion, learning about photography. In fact photos will be the way through which the young participants will explore these topics in the next meetings, trying to transform the anger against discrimination in a constructive and shared path of consciousness.
